We have over 30 years’ experience in cleaning and caring for our customers’ clothes with vintage, couture & special occasion wear being a particular specialism.
Over the years we have built up a wealth of knowledge and have perfected our cleaning methods to achieve the best possible results whilst using only the gentlest processes in order to protect and avoid damage to any delicate materials.
Prior to the cleaning process, our resident restoration expert will make a full assessment of your item and advise on all possible outcomes and risks to the material. This will include the best way to clean your garment and deal with issues such as water damage, colour running, oxidising (yellow stains), previous unsuccessful attempts at stain removal and other ingrained persistent stains.
Couture
Our expertise with couture clothing means we have excellent working relationships with designer retailers from Chanel, Vivienne Westwood and Christian Dior to Prada, Emporio Armani and Victoria Beckham.
We also work alongside many quality high street retailers such as Karen Millen, Coast, Whistles, French Connection, Reiss, Planet and many more.
Vintage
We pride ourselves on being able to clean any vintage clothing and have achieved excellent results on a diverse array of garments dating as far back as the 1920s, including wedding dresses, veils and christening gowns.
Many vintage clothing agencies trust us with preparing their stock for sale as they know we make each item hanger worthy and ready for purchase.
Safe and Effective Cleaning
If an item is too delicate to be cleaned by traditional methods, we will utilise our Ozone system which safely eliminates bacteria, insects and odours without any risk to fabric or embellishments.
Bespoke Packaging
All items are hand finished and packaged to your specific requirements from your choice of hanger to individually folding with acid free tissue paper.
